MANN+HUMMEL's ProVent Catch Can
ProVent is the newest innovation for crankcase ventilation. Also known as a Catch Can, it is specifically designed to accommodate the latest generation of turbo-charged engines and has the following advantages over existing solutions.

Well made product with installation kit
Purchased and installed Oct17, product was as expected, and installed correctly in the tight space under the bonnet (Dual battery makes this all a tight fit).
The fitting kit is solid and installed fairly easily. Some thoughts for further improvement:
- perhaps include hoseclips for all hose connections (I couldn't work out which points needed hoseclips and which didn't, so ended up buying two extra ones)
- the clearance from the drain hose for filter to the airconditioning compressor belt was pretty tight - I ended up cutting a bit of the right angle hose joiner for the drain hose to increase this clearance. This perhaps needs a bit of a review to see if there is a better way to increase this clearance.
The above are suggestions, not major issues ... Overall the purchase and install experience was positive, and I'd happily recommend the filter and kit to others. -

I recently purchased and installed this product and first impressions are impressive. The time it took to be delivered was 3 working days. Opening the package all parts are made of good quality materials. The instructions are reasonably detailed and there is a YouTube video also. Even for myself (who is not that mechanically minded) I was able to install the catch can in a couple of hours. Overall the positive experience from purchase to install.

We can only offer an approximate delivery date however, our experience has shown that most shipments arrive at their destination within 2 to 7 days.
Registration and Insurance
All orders sent to Australian addresses are shipped via Registered Post, which includes Insurance cover to A$100. It is extremely rare that our shipments are lost or damaged in transit. All efforts are made by Western Filters to ensure that your goods arrive safely and in a timely manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for Uninsured goods lost or damaged in transit.
Returns
We accept the return of goods which have arrived damaged or are nolonger required, aslong as returned within 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, on presentation of the purchasing invoice / receipt. Please let us know if you have misplaced or lost your receipt and we will confirm your purchase via your proof of I.d and by our records.
Exclusions:
A refund, replacement, or repair won't be offered or accepted if the purchaser has modified or damaged the product, or have misused the product contrary to mannufacturer's or Western Filter's guidelines.
For exchange, credit, refund or repair we'll require business / personal information and signature in addition to your receipt. All purchases made on a debit/credit card will be credited back to the original card used. We also accept the return of goods where we have sent the incorrect product at no additional cost or if the product has been wrongly described.
For a successful return of an unwanted product the goods MUST BE; (a) UNUSED, (b) Undamaged and (c) REWRAPPED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. For the successful return of a faulty or damaged item; (a) contact us via email or phone (b) repackage and await shipping instructions.

While we do ship worldwide, there are certain restrictions and conditions on some products, such as weight, shipping rates and destinations. Please contact us via email or phone for specific information. NOTE: Shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
