Racor CCV55274-08 Replacement CV Series Element
Racor’s Genuine Crankcase Ventilation System replacement elements remove oil contamination from engine by-pass gasses before they can do damage. Grade 6 Replacement Element to suit the Racor CCV6000 Crankcase Breathers. This element comes complete with all seals needed for element change. This element suits the CCV6000 Racor Crankcase Filter.

CCV Series:
CCV systems close the crankcase breather system. Blow-by gases are sent through a Racor CCV, which separates the oil from air. The oil is drained back into the crankcase, and the clean air is sent to the engine air intake. Racor CCV systems operate by coalescing oil mist from crankcase gases. Filtered air from the CCV assembly is returned to the air intake system between the air filter and the turbocharger. Coalesced oil drains to the oil pan via a hose connection. The pressure regulating valve protects the engine from excessive crankcase vacuum. When the element has reached its useful life, the indicator will alert the user that the element needs to be changed. The element is designed to operate efficiently and to be serviced every other oil change unless the indicator shows a requirement for service.

All goods are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of your order. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. When you place an order, you will receive a Tracking Code and an estimate of the delivery date for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We can only offer an approximate delivery date however, our experience has shown that most shipments arrive at their destination within 2 to 7 days.
Registration and Insurance
All orders sent to Australian addresses are shipped via Registered Post, which includes Insurance cover to A$100. It is extremely rare that our shipments are lost or damaged in transit. All efforts are made by Western Filters to ensure that your goods arrive safely and in a timely manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for Uninsured goods lost or damaged in transit.
Returns
We accept the return of goods which have arrived damaged or are nolonger required, aslong as returned within 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, on presentation of the purchasing invoice / receipt. Please let us know if you have misplaced or lost your receipt and we will confirm your purchase via your proof of I.d and by our records.
Exclusions:
A refund, replacement, or repair won't be offered or accepted if the purchaser has modified or damaged the product, or have misused the product contrary to mannufacturer's or Western Filter's guidelines.
For exchange, credit, refund or repair we'll require business / personal information and signature in addition to your receipt. All purchases made on a debit/credit card will be credited back to the original card used. We also accept the return of goods where we have sent the incorrect product at no additional cost or if the product has been wrongly described.
For a successful return of an unwanted product the goods MUST BE; (a) UNUSED, (b) Undamaged and (c) REWRAPPED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. For the successful return of a faulty or damaged item; (a) contact us via email or phone (b) repackage and await shipping instructions.

While we do ship worldwide, there are certain restrictions and conditions on some products, such as weight, shipping rates and destinations. Please contact us via email or phone for specific information. NOTE: Shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded off to the next full pound. We are currently using a Flate Rate for all orders.
