DAYCO 'No Slack' Idler/Tensioner Pulleys
Dayco’s reputation for top performance idler and tensioner pulleys is a result of advanced automotive technologies employed in materials research, design engineering, and manufacturing of our pulleys. In addition to our spun steel pulleys, Dayco also provides specially formulated glass-filled polymers to ensure a high strength, wear-resistant plastic pulley designed to replace serpentine and V-belt idler and tensioner pulleys. The use of state-of-the-art three dimensional computer aided design (CAD) and finite element analysis (FEA) guarantees the optimal design and maximum structural integrity for both plastic and steel pulleys. Pulleys with smoother surfaces and tighter dimensional tolerances translate into less vibration and therefore longer belt life. Lubricated bearings and high temperature seals assure peak performance, which is the most critical element of a pulley’s service life. All items are brand new in box and are covered by warranty for workmanship.

All goods are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of your order. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. When you place an order, you will receive a Tracking Code and an estimate of the delivery date for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We can only offer an approximate delivery date however, our experience has shown that most shipments arrive at their destination within 2 to 7 days.
Registration and Insurance
All orders sent to Australian addresses are shipped via Registered Post, which includes Insurance cover to A$100. It is extremely rare that our shipments are lost or damaged in transit. All efforts are made by Western Filters to ensure that your goods arrive safely and in a timely manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for Uninsured goods lost or damaged in transit.
Returns
We accept the return of goods which have arrived damaged or are nolonger required, aslong as returned within 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, on presentation of the purchasing invoice / receipt. Please let us know if you have misplaced or lost your receipt and we will confirm your purchase via your proof of I.d and by our records.
Exclusions:
A refund, replacement, or repair won't be offered or accepted if the purchaser has modified or damaged the product, or have misused the product contrary to mannufacturer's or Western Filter's guidelines.
For exchange, credit, refund or repair we'll require business / personal information and signature in addition to your receipt. All purchases made on a debit/credit card will be credited back to the original card used. We also accept the return of goods where we have sent the incorrect product at no additional cost or if the product has been wrongly described.
For a successful return of an unwanted product the goods MUST BE; (a) UNUSED, (b) Undamaged and (c) REWRAPPED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. For the successful return of a faulty or damaged item; (a) contact us via email or phone (b) repackage and await shipping instructions.
Returns Shipping Costs:
While we do ship worldwide, there are certain restrictions and conditions on some products, such as weight, shipping rates and destinations. Please contact us via email or phone for specific information. NOTE: Shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded off to the next full pound. We are currently using a Flate Rate for all orders.
