Highly efficient oil separation providing ideal protection for the turbocharger and other components installed downstream. Less motor oil consumption in comparison to less efficient separators or conventional open systems. Maintenance friendly - fittings are not removed during element maintenance. Universal usage: exceptional for variable flow rates. Integrated safety feature against irregularly high crankcase pressure. Light and robust design with no electrical energy required. Compact design, low pressure loss, low running costs. This unit fits inline between hose from the top of the crankcase back to the air intake, removing oily sludge and condensation, saving your inter-cooler and turbo from blocking up ! The filter element is usually changed at about 40,000 kms intervals. Note:some engines more, some engines less ! Individual replacement parts available.

D40 catch can (Thai)
Really happy with the quality of the product, however the hoses needed some cutting to make fit ( could’ve ordered the wrong hit), otherwise the built quality, and bracket machining are on point and present very well!! Not to mention a picture instruction sheet and filter service sticker! Highly recommend!

Everything was great until I fitted bottom outlet hose and found it to be too long between the flared part of hose and 90 degree bend had to cut a section out and join

need somework
I was expecting a straight install and job done. However, the kit has two issues that i have to fix it to fit it. I just want to have some feed back so that the other customers dont have to do what i was doing. First one, is the predrilled bolt location are slightly off, so that one bolt go through and the other one wont. I have to drill the existing hole larger to make the bolt to go through to line and fit on the existing spot. The second issue is where ECU clip bracket, they are slightly bigger that OEM fitting, i have to grind the bracket make it smaller to fit the existing clip into the bracket. The rest units are working good all fit perfectly just this bracket fiting giving me a lot of issues and i have to put it on fix it and remove it do it again very annoying.

We can only offer an approximate delivery date however, our experience has shown that most shipments arrive at their destination within 2 to 7 days.
Registration and Insurance
All orders sent to Australian addresses are shipped via Registered Post, which includes Insurance cover to A$100. It is extremely rare that our shipments are lost or damaged in transit. All efforts are made by Western Filters to ensure that your goods arrive safely and in a timely manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for Uninsured goods lost or damaged in transit.
Returns
We accept the return of goods which have arrived damaged or are nolonger required, aslong as returned within 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, on presentation of the purchasing invoice / receipt. Please let us know if you have misplaced or lost your receipt and we will confirm your purchase via your proof of I.d and by our records.
Exclusions:
A refund, replacement, or repair won't be offered or accepted if the purchaser has modified or damaged the product, or have misused the product contrary to mannufacturer's or Western Filter's guidelines.
For exchange, credit, refund or repair we'll require business / personal information and signature in addition to your receipt. All purchases made on a debit/credit card will be credited back to the original card used. We also accept the return of goods where we have sent the incorrect product at no additional cost or if the product has been wrongly described.
For a successful return of an unwanted product the goods MUST BE; (a) UNUSED, (b) Undamaged and (c) REWRAPPED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. For the successful return of a faulty or damaged item; (a) contact us via email or phone (b) repackage and await shipping instructions.

While we do ship worldwide, there are certain restrictions and conditions on some products, such as weight, shipping rates and destinations. Please contact us via email or phone for specific information. NOTE: Shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded off to the next full pound. We are currently using a Flate Rate for all orders.
